PROFESSIONAL ETHICS FOR SPIRITUAL HEALERS

The Healer Coach course in professional ethics for spiritual healers includes the following teaching modules:

  4. Developing a Healing Mission

  5. Writing Mission Statements

  6. Writing Your Statement of Faith

  7. Creating and Using an Informed Consent Form

BASIC COACHING WORKSHOP FOR SPIRITUAL HEALERS

Healer Coach teaches a workshop in basic coaching techniques for candidates who have completed the above professional ethics correspondence course. The basic coaching techniques curriculum includes the following basic coaching techniques:

  1. Active Listening

  2. Reflective Listening

  3. Supporting, Endorsing and Thanking Others

  4. Making Requests, Offering Choices, Giving Assignments and Creating Contracts

  5. Acting As If, Powerful Questions, Empowering Pauses, Reframing and Refocusing
The course is conducted in five (5) one-hour (1 hour) sessions. Classes are conducted over
the telephone using a conference room for small groups. Attendance at all five class sessions is required. The prerequisite to enter this coaching wokshop is completion of the Healer Coach course on professional ethics. Homework for each session is required. Candidates will practice coaching with each other under the supervision of the instructors and in private sessions.

The members of the Federation of Spiritual Healer Licensing Boards require their candidates
for licensing to learn the techniques taught in this workshop. Healer Coach is an approved provider for these techniques.

REGISTRATION

Healer Coach offers a spiritual coaching class once each quarter.  The next five-week
coaching workshop is scheduled for Sunday afternoon at 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time starting
August 2, 2008.  The workshop will be taught by one or more representatives of the
Federation of Licensed Spiritual Healer Licensing Boards. All seven assignments must be completed prior to August 1, 2008 to gain entrance to this coaching workshop.

The cost of the professional ethics correspondence course and intensive coaching workshop is a donation of $235.00 and both are taught by one or more facilitators approved by the Federation of Licensed Spiritual Healer Licensing Boards. This course and workshop are approved for certification by ACHLB, IQUNM, CORE, ISOMF, NTCB, QHLB, RLC, SHLB, SHC, and TLCTA.
